"The property provides an opportunity to relocate the Business Economics and Law (BEL) Executive Education and MBA Program, School of Architecture Masters and Advancement engagement into a permanent, highly visible and prestigious location in the City. These new premises will allow BEL to substantially expand their offering. Additionally this facility will provide the School of Architecture with a teaching presence in the CBD and the opportunity for Advancement to better engage with the public, potential students, alumni and potential benefactors."
